Programmes and 1:1 work

I work with my clients in a variety of ways - via group programmes, 1:1 programmes, or completely bespoke sessions that can be anything from a single session up to eight, depending on need. All of the group programmes below can be offered on a 1:1 basis so please contact me if you like the idea of what’s on offer in a programme but you’d prefer to have the sessions 1:1 .

Group programmes

What I love about group work is the idea of creating a supportive community where we can learn from other people’s experiences, forge new connections and importantly, have those ‘it’s not just me’ moments. Whether we make fleeting connections or deep ones, there can be real power in the energy that gets created when we work collectively.

1:1 Programmes

Sometimes we really need that undivided attention from a coach. If you’re an introvert perhaps the idea of being in a group feels uncomfortable. Or maybe low confidence makes you feel uneasy talking about yourself in front of others. That’s why I offer my programmes on a 1:1 basis too, either online or in person in Cambridgeshire. We do the same work, and we get the same outcomes.

Bespoke work

As well as programmes, I have many clients who I work with on a bespoke basis. Confidence can be affected for so many reasons in our lives. Whether we’re carrying old stories from the past, or trying to navigate something new that’s arisen, I work with you to explore how behaviours can be changed in ways that support you and the life you want. This is especially helpful if you’re ready to do deeper work and want transformational change. Please contact me for details of how we can work together on what is getting in your way.

  • Awaken and Flourish

    This 2 day group workshop is designed to help those who have lost their confidence or who want to live their lives in a more confident way. So if you’re an introvert who longs to be heard, or someone struggling to give yourself permission to live the life you truly want, this is for you.

    Offered online or in person, you will create your own personalised Confidence Plan. We focus on discovering your mindset, your values, and your limiting beliefs. We will work together to help you see yourself from a place of deep respect, and to honour all that you already are.

    Delivered from the perspective that you already hold so much inner wisdom, this programme builds on my Confidence Pyramid, focussing on self-awareness, self-worth, empowering language and self-love.

  • Body Confidence *

    This online 6 session group programme is designed to help you make choices that support YOUR health goals. With so much noise in the world about what we should and shouldn’t do, you may have lost trust in your ability to stick with your goals.

    Maybe you want to maintain your weight, exercise more, shift or gain a few pounds. Perhaps you’d like to be more accepting of yourself just as you are. Either way, this programme seeks to support you by helping you create a positive mindset so you have a better chance of success.

    I work on the premise that you are the person that knows your body best, and we build on that knowledge to create an inner trust.

    *Please note this programme is not suitable for people with eating disorders.

  • POSITIVE MENOPAUSE

    This online 6 session group programme is focussed on giving you the tools to tackle the physical and mental aspects of peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause.

    Research carried out in 2013 has shown that hypnotherapy can have a positive impact on the management of hot flushes. Combining this with other practices that can help to anchor calm and reduce anxiety, my programme is designed to help you manage the changes you’re experiencing through powerful visualisation.

    I also focus on ego strengthening work that can help re-establish a sense of trust in oneself, and love for oneself, when so much change is being experienced.

    It can be helpful for women who don’t use HRT (and also supports those that do).
